Undergraduate Research Expo Series: Gabe Rothman

On September 14th, we hosted our first Undergraduate Research Expo. Eleven students from Tufts, MIT and Harvard held short Ted-Talk style on a topic of their choice. Here is the profile of presenter Gabe Rothman:

Gabe is a senior at Tufts majoring in Biopsychology and minoring in music. He has a diverse background in research, studying everything from music education to the molecular mechanisms of Pavlovian associative learning. He is currently pursuing research on other biological bases behind learning, with the long-term goal of developing medical solutions for sensory impairments. Gabe presented on visual learning in tadpoles of the species Xenopus laevis.
